Ds5 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using ds5's services. Continued use of the platform indicates your agreement to all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the ds5 platform on any device or web browser, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must refrain from using our platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and the ds5 management team. They cover all services, features, content, and functionality available on the platform, including but not limited to Sports Betting, Live Casino, lottery, and slots.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the ds5 platform. Any registration by a minor is strictly prohibited, and such accounts will be terminated immediately upon detection.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the ds5 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. ds5 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure account integrity. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Use a strong password that is different from those used on other platforms.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ds5 is not liable for any losses resulting from your own negligence in maintaining the security of your account.
All activity carried out through your account is considered your own, unless you have reported a loss of access to us.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Ds5 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate games or the betting process.
- Forming groups or colluding with other players to exploit the system or abuse promotions in any way.
- Spreading false information, impersonating another person, or engaging in fraud in any form.
- Uploading or transmitting content that contains malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or ds5's internal systems.
Ds5 reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspending accounts, withholding balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities, if there is evidence of fraudulent activity or platform abuse.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ds5 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that any payment method used belongs to them and is valid under Malaysian law.
Deposits are processed through the methods listed in the platform's payment section, including local internet banking and supported e-wallets. ds5 does not accept third-party deposits on behalf of users.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the following conditions:
- Users must have completed the identity verification process before their first withdrawal can be approved.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set in accordance with the platform's current policy, which may change from time to time.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for the original deposit, subject to the availability of that method.
- Ds5 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes if any suspicious activity is detected.
Any disputes relating to transactions must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. ds5 will not consider disputes submitted after this period.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Ds5 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of content, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ds5 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.
All content on the ds5 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of ds5 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use such content without prior written consent.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. ds5 has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss arising from their use. The inclusion of any link does not imply that ds5 endorses or endorses the website in question.
Changes to Terms, Account Termination, and Governing Law
Ds5 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Ds5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for the following reasons without prior notice:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document.
- Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or security threats.
- Requests from relevant authorities.
- Account inactivity exceeding the period specified under the current policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be settled through the dispute resolution mechanism established by the management.
